Ticketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to join our travel agency in BAHRIA Town Karachi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
• Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets.
• Manage flight changes, schedule changes, and no-show cases.
• Provide customers with suitable flight options, fares, and travel information.
• Handle bookings through GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Prepare quotations and communicate fares clearly to customers.
• Follow airline fare rules, ticketing policies, and agency procedures.
• Coordinate with airlines and customers regarding booking-related issues.
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
• Meet sales and customer service targets.
• Manage daily assigned work except ticketing

• 4 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel agency operations.
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic airline fares and rules.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Candidates with strong knowledge of Umrah/Hajj, GCC and international ticketing will be preferred.
