1. Introduction

Welcome to FullTimez, an online employment technology platform owned and operated by THE SOUQAIR ("THE SOUQAIR", "FullTimez", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FullTimez website, applications, software, APIs, employer portal, jobseeker portal, AI-powered features, Talent Pool services, CV tools, interview services, communication features, and all related services provided through the Platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering, browsing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and any other policies referenced within these Terms.

FullTimez is a digital technology platform designed to connect employers and jobseekers. The Platform enables employers to publish job opportunities and enables jobseekers to create profiles, upload CVs, search vacancies, apply for opportunities, participate in AI-assisted interviews, and communicate with potential employers.

THE SOUQAIR operates FullTimez as a technology provider and does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, staffing company, labour supplier, immigration consultant, employment representative, or hiring authority.

THE SOUQAIR does not guarantee employment opportunities, successful recruitment, interviews, job offers, salaries, visa approvals, work permits, or any employment outcome.

Employers and jobseekers are solely responsible for their own activities, decisions, communications, information, and compliance with applicable laws. Any employment relationship, agreement, negotiation, or arrangement between an employer and jobseeker is solely between those parties.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

"Platform" means the FullTimez website, applications, software, APIs, databases, services, and related technology operated by THE SOUQAIR.

"Employer" means any company, organisation, individual, or authorised representative using FullTimez to publish vacancies, search candidates, or conduct recruitment activities.

"Jobseeker" means any individual using FullTimez to create a profile, upload information, search jobs, apply for opportunities, or interact with employers.

"User" means any person or entity accessing or using the Platform, including employers and jobseekers.

"Content" means any text, images, documents, CVs, profiles, job advertisements, messages, videos, audio recordings, interview responses, or other information submitted or displayed through the Platform.

"AI Services" means artificial intelligence-powered features including CV analysis, recommendations, interview assistance, automated assessments, matching tools, or related services.

"Talent Pool" means the database or service that allows employers to discover candidate profiles based on information made available by jobseekers.

"Subscription Services" means paid services, featured listings, promotional packages, or other commercial features offered by THE SOUQAIR.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree that:

• You have read and accepted these Terms.
• You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• All information provided by you is accurate and complete.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You accept responsibility for your activities on the Platform.

If you access the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Eligibility

Users must meet the legal requirements applicable in their jurisdiction to use the Platform.

Users must not:

• Provide false identity information.
• Create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• Use another person's account without permission.
• Use the Platform if prohibited by applicable laws.

THE SOUQAIR reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or where misuse is suspected.

• Candidate search and profile viewing.
• Talent Pool access.

For Jobseekers:

• Professional profile creation.
• CV uploading and management.
• Job search and applications.
• AI interview assistance.
• Career-related recommendations.
• Employer communication tools.

THE SOUQAIR may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time.

6. Platform Role and Relationship

THE SOUQAIR provides technology services only.

THE SOUQAIR does not:

• Hire employees.
• Select candidates.
• Guarantee interviews.
• Guarantee employment.
• Verify every employer or jobseeker.
• Negotiate employment terms.
• Process employment contracts.
• Provide immigration or legal advice.

Employers and jobseekers are responsible for conducting their own verification and due diligence.

7. Employer Obligations

Employers agree that they will:

• Provide accurate company information.
• Publish lawful and genuine job opportunities.
• Comply with labour and employment laws.
• Avoid discriminatory job advertisements.
• Respect candidate privacy.
• Not misuse candidate information.
• Not request illegal payments from candidates.
• Not publish fraudulent employment opportunities.

Employers are solely responsible for recruitment decisions and employment relationships.

8. Jobseeker Obligations

Jobseekers agree that they will:

• Provide truthful information.
• Upload genuine CVs and documents.
• Maintain accurate profiles.
• Not misrepresent qualifications or experience.
• Respect employer communications.
• Not misuse employer information.
• Not engage in fraudulent activities.

Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Job Advertisements

Employers are solely responsible for all job advertisements, vacancy descriptions, requirements, salary information, benefits, locations, and other details published on the Platform.

Employers must ensure that all job advertisements:

• Are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• Represent genuine employment opportunities.
• Comply with applicable labour, employment, immigration, and anti-discrimination laws.
• Do not contain discriminatory requirements based on protected characteristics under applicable law.
• Do not request unlawful payments, fees, or investments from jobseekers.
• Do not promote illegal activities or fraudulent schemes.

THE SOUQAIR reserves the right, but does not assume an obligation, to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any job advertisement that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or Platform policies.

THE SOUQAIR does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, availability, or quality of any job advertisement posted by employers.

10. Candidate Profiles and CV Uploads

Jobseekers may create profiles and upload CVs, resumes, certificates, qualifications, portfolios, and other professional information.

Jobseekers acknowledge that:

• They are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided.
• They must have lawful rights to upload any documents or information.
• They must not upload false, misleading, forged, or unauthorised documents.
• They must update their information when necessary.

By uploading a CV or professional profile, jobseekers grant THE SOUQAIR permission to store, process, display, and provide access to such information according to their privacy settings and applicable policies.

Jobseekers may update, restrict, or delete their information subject to applicable legal and technical requirements.

11. Talent Pool Services

FullTimez may provide a Talent Pool service that allows employers to discover and review candidate profiles.

Jobseekers understand and agree that:

• Their profile visibility depends on their account settings and preferences.
• Employers may view information made available through the Platform.
• THE SOUQAIR does not control employer decisions after viewing candidate information.
• Being included in the Talent Pool does not guarantee employment opportunities.

Employers accessing Talent Pool information agree that they will:

• Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
• Respect candidate privacy.
• Not sell, distribute, copy, or misuse candidate information.
• Not contact candidates for unrelated purposes.

12. AI Services and Automated Features

FullTimez may provide artificial intelligence ("AI") features, including:

• AI-powered CV analysis.
• CV improvement suggestions.
• ATS optimisation recommendations.
• Interview preparation.
• AI-assisted interviews.
• Candidate matching.
• Skills analysis.
• Automated recommendations.

Users acknowledge that AI services:

• Are provided as assistance tools only.
• Do not replace human judgement.
• May produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable results.
• Should not be considered professional, legal, employment, or recruitment advice.

THE SOUQAIR does not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations, scores, rankings, or assessments will result in employment opportunities.

13. AI Interview Services

Where employers use AI interview features, users acknowledge that:

• AI interviews are designed to assist the recruitment process.
• AI-generated evaluations are indicative only.
• Final recruitment decisions must be made by employers.
• Employers are responsible for ensuring fair and lawful recruitment practices.

Employers must ensure compliance with applicable laws relating to:

• Employment decisions.
• Automated decision-making.
• Candidate privacy.
• Equal opportunity and non-discrimination.

THE SOUQAIR does not guarantee the accuracy, fairness, or suitability of AI interview results.

14. User Communications

The Platform may allow communication between employers and jobseekers.

Users agree that:

• They will communicate professionally and lawfully.
• They will not send abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, or inappropriate messages.
• They will not use communication features for spam, marketing unrelated services, or illegal activities.

THE SOUQAIR is not responsible for communications between users. Any agreement, promise, offer, or representation made between employers and jobseekers is solely between those parties.

15. Payments and Paid Services

FullTimez may offer paid services including:

• Featured job advertisements.
• Employer subscriptions.
• Promotional services.
• Premium platform features.

All fees will be displayed before purchase. By purchasing paid services, users agree that:

• Payment information provided is accurate.
• They authorise THE SOUQAIR or its payment providers to process payments.
• Fees may include applicable taxes, charges, or transaction fees.
• Services begin according to the selected package.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other authorised payment processors. THE SOUQAIR does not store complete payment card details.

16. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of FullTimez services, fees paid for activated, delivered, or partially used services are generally non-refundable unless:

• Required by applicable law.
• A technical error caused failure to provide the purchased service.
• THE SOUQAIR approves a refund at its discretion.

Users must contact support regarding billing concerns within a reasonable period after the issue occurs.

17. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including website design, software, source code, databases, logos, trademarks, content created by THE SOUQAIR, and Platform features and technology, remain the exclusive property of THE SOUQAIR or its licensors.

Users may not, without prior written permission from THE SOUQAIR:

• Sell or redistribute Platform content or technology.
• Scrape or extract data from the Platform.
• Create competing services using Platform technology.

18. User Content Licence

By submitting content to FullTimez, users grant THE SOUQAIR a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, display, and transmit the content, and use it only for operating and improving the Platform.

Users retain ownership of their own content. Users represent that they have all necessary rights to submit such content.

19. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use FullTimez to:

• Publish fake jobs or create fake profiles.
• Misrepresent qualifications.
• Commit fraud or collect personal data unlawfully.
• Spam users or send malware or harmful code.
• Scrape Platform data or circumvent security measures.
• Harass or discriminate against users.
• Conduct illegal recruitment activities or request unlawful recruitment fees.

THE SOUQAIR may take appropriate action, including removal of content or account suspension.

20. Privacy and Data Protection

THE SOUQAIR respects the privacy of users and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.

Users acknowledge that:

• Personal data may be collected, stored, processed, and used to provide Platform services.
• Employers and jobseekers are responsible for handling personal information received through the Platform lawfully.
• Users must not misuse, disclose, sell, or process another user's personal information without proper authority or legal basis.

Employers accessing candidate information must comply with applicable privacy and data protection obligations, including requirements relating to confidentiality, lawful processing, and security of personal information.

21. Data Security

THE SOUQAIR implements reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect Platform information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, users acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must immediately notify THE SOUQAIR if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

THE SOUQAIR shall not be responsible for security incidents caused by user negligence, compromised passwords, third-party actions, or events outside reasonable control.

22. Third-Party Services

FullTimez may integrate or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, AI service providers, email providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, communication tools, and external links.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. THE SOUQAIR does not control and is not responsible for the availability of third-party services, the accuracy of third-party information, the security practices of third parties, or losses caused by third-party services.

Users access third-party services at their own risk.

23. Platform Availability

THE SOUQAIR aims to maintain reliable access to FullTimez; however, users acknowledge that the Platform may occasionally experience maintenance periods, technical issues, software updates, internet failures, hosting interruptions, security measures, or third-party service disruptions.

THE SOUQAIR does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, that services will be uninterrupted, that the Platform will be error-free, or that all features will remain available indefinitely.

THE SOUQAIR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without liability.

24. Disclaimer

FullTimez is provided as a technology platform to facilitate interaction between employers and jobseekers.

THE SOUQAIR does not guarantee employment opportunities, successful recruitment, candidate suitability, employer authenticity, accuracy of job advertisements, accuracy of candidate information, salary payments, visa approvals, work permits, or employment outcomes.

Employers and jobseekers are responsible for conducting their own verification and due diligence before entering into any relationship.

THE SOUQAIR does not participate in employment decisions and is not responsible for disputes between users.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, THE SOUQAIR, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of employment opportunities, loss of business, loss of revenue or profits, loss of data, reputation damage, recruitment costs, employment disputes, visa or immigration issues, fraud or misconduct by users, or third-party actions —

arising from or related to use of the Platform, reliance on Platform information, interaction between employers and jobseekers, AI-generated content, user-generated content, or inability to access the Platform.

26. Compliance With Applicable Law

The limitations, exclusions, disclaimers, and protections contained in these Terms apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable laws.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective.

27. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless THE SOUQAIR, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

• User's violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• False or misleading information provided by the user.
• User content uploaded to the Platform.
• Employment or recruitment activities conducted through the Platform.
• Disputes between employers and jobseekers.
• Misuse of Platform services or violation of third-party rights.

28. Suspension and Termination

THE SOUQAIR may suspend, restrict, or terminate user access if a user violates these Terms, provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, misuses Platform data, if required by law, or if the account creates risk to the Platform or other users.

Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

Termination does not affect existing payment obligations, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, liability limitations, or indemnification obligations.

29. Force Majeure

THE SOUQAIR shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, internet failures, power failures, pandemics, labour disputes, or third-party service failures.

30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the applicable laws selected by THE SOUQAIR, subject to mandatory legal requirements applicable to users in their respective jurisdictions.

Users agree that any dispute relating to the Platform should first be addressed through good-faith communication with THE SOUQAIR before initiating formal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms prevents users from exercising any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

31. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, users agree to notify THE SOUQAIR of the issue, provide reasonable details of the complaint, and allow reasonable opportunity for investigation and resolution.

THE SOUQAIR and users will attempt to resolve disputes amicably wherever possible.

32. Changes to Terms

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with the effective date. Continued use of FullTimez after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, AI Service Terms, and other policies published by THE SOUQAIR, constitute the complete agreement between the user and THE SOUQAIR regarding use of the Platform.
