1. Nature of the Platform
THE SOUQAIR operates the FullTimez platform solely as an online technology marketplace that enables employers and jobseekers to connect. THE SOUQAIR does not act as an employer, recruiter, recruitment agency, employment business, staffing company, immigration consultant, or representative of any employer or jobseeker.
2. No Recruitment, Endorsement, or Guarantee
THE SOUQAIR does not recruit, hire, employ, endorse, recommend, verify, or guarantee any employer, jobseeker, vacancy, salary, employment offer, interview outcome, visa, work permit, immigration benefit, or employment opportunity published on the Platform.
3. Employer Responsibilities
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, authenticity, and content of their job advertisements, recruitment activities, communications, hiring decisions, and compliance with all applicable employment, immigration, labour, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.
4. Jobseeker Responsibilities
Jobseekers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, and legality of the information, qualifications, documents, certifications, work history, and other materials they submit through the Platform.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
THE SOUQAIR does not guarantee that any employer will hire a jobseeker, that any jobseeker will receive employment, that interviews will occur, or that any employment relationship will result from use of the Platform.
6. Relationship Between Employers and Jobseekers
Any employment agreement, recruitment arrangement, salary negotiation, payment, visa processing, contractual relationship, or dispute arising between an employer and a jobseeker is solely between those parties. THE SOUQAIR is not a party to such arrangements and assumes no responsibility or liability for them.
7. Reporting Issues
Where users identify inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, intellectual property concerns, privacy issues, or any other misuse of the Platform, they should notify THE SOUQAIR promptly through the designated support channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, THE SOUQAIR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational damage, emotional distress, recruitment costs, or any other losses arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE SOUQAIR, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from their use of the Platform, their submitted content, their communications, their recruitment or employment activities, or their breach of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Non-Excludable Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the applicable laws governing the use of the Platform.
